The apartment

The Calandre Sea View apartment is in a privileged position perched right above the sea. Staying here lets you enjoy the relaxation of Calandre Beach and reach the Principality of Monaco and the most beautiful places on the Côte d'Azur in less than half an hour.

A south-facing apartment on two floors with panoramic views of the sea, the Côte d'Azur and Monaco. You can see the sea from the living room and the bedroom, and at night the only sound is the waves. The residence is 100 metres from the sandy Calandre beach with direct pedestrian access. The medieval old town, Ventimiglia Alta, is 300 metres away.

The spaces

Ground floor

Bright living room with a sofa bed (two single beds that can be joined into a double), a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, and a bathroom with shower.

Terrace

Facing the sea, accessed from the living room, with outdoor table, chairs and parasol.

Upper floor

Master bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200), large sea-facing windows, walk-in closet, private balcony and a bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine.

Location

Panoramic sea views of Monaco and the Côte d'Azur. The apartment is on the Italian Riviera, near the French border and Menton. It has a spacious interior, a sea-view bedroom and a large private balcony above the sea, with a mild microclimate all year round. Calandre Beach is reached directly, with private access, in 5 minutes. Wake up to the sound of the waves: you'll feel like you're on a boat!

A walk along the coastal path takes you in 5 minutes to the Cala del Forte marina and its restaurants. Ventimiglia Alta is 300 m away, with restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a small supermarket and a pharmacy. A beach bar is open all year. Free private parking is available (first come, first served), with about 10 steps from the car park to the lift. A private panoramic lift to the sandy beach is available on request (not included in the price).

By car/train from here

A handy base for the Monaco Grand Prix, the Monaco Yacht Show, the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters and the Sanremo Festival.

Rules and extra costs

No parties and no smoking indoors. No pets. The local tourist tax and the private panoramic lift to the beach (on request) are not included in the price.
